Employment opportunities with the project are available annually as seasonal positions. The project requires 4 to 10 employees during the summer months to establish and evaluate potential spawner surveys and conduct spawning habitat surveys. Approximately 50 surveyors during the fall and winter months are hired to conduct spawner surveys and trap and tag adult salmon along Oregon coastal rivers and streams. Surveyors are expected to be professionals and can expect an intense work schedule. Positions are located primarily along the Oregon Coast.
